I graduated from the University of Southern California and have a master’s in social work. I am a registered Associate Clinical Social Worker and have worked for years in the field of mental health. I have experience supporting diverse populations in community hospitals and oncology treatment centers.
My background also includes working with geriatric populations and individuals with substance use disorders. I currently provide individual therapy through online counseling, addressing a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, trauma, and intergenerational guilt.
I utilize interventions from CBT, DBT, Insight-Oriented Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to effectively treat the issues facing my clients.
