I received my Master of Social Work / California State University, San Bernardino. I graduated and became a BBS registered Associate Clinical Social Worker. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed perspective, recognizing the deep impact that past experiences can have on present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I support clients in understanding their nervous system responses and developing healthier coping strategies. I have experience working with high-risk youth and families, providing individual, group, and family therapy. I incorporate somatic awareness, CBT, Trauma-Based CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I currently offer individual therapy through online counseling and treat a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship stress, and trauma.

I am bilingual in Spanish and English and provide therapy services in Spanish to better support diverse communities
